The home features a cozy couches and TV, washer and dryer, iron and board, and multiple bedrooms:
Master Suite: King bed, TV, ensuite bath with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and extra linens
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, ensuite bath
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV, closet, hangers
Bedroom 4: Toy Story-themed room with twin-over-full bed, shared bath
Bedroom 5: King bed, TV, closet
Baby-friendly items include a pack ’n play, stroller, and baby gate.

Located in Solterra Resort, this resort offers 24/7 guard-gated security, ensuring your peace of mind. Enjoy access to a beautiful clubhouse featuring a resort-style pool with beach entry, a lazy river, and poolside cabanas. The community also includes a soccer field, tennis and basketball courts, a fitness center, and a Bar & Grill.
For the younger guests, the Solterra Play Zone is a perfect spot to have fun. The Solterra Club Trail provides a scenic route for walks or jogs.
Conveniently located near all of Orlando`s top attractions:
- Close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, shopping, dining, and golf courses
*The resort charges a ONE-TIME $35 Amenities Access Fee to use on-site amenities (price is for all guests in the home). It is a one-time charge for your stay and non-refundable. Guests must provide the property address, rental and vehicle information at clubhouse front desk.
*Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.
- Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
- Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
*There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.
*Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

*Smoking is not allowed inside.
*Parties and events are prohibited.
