Kids, you're gonna flip over the Star Wars & Toy Story-themed bedrooms. They've got these awesome motion and color-changing LED lights that'll have you saying 'Wow!' (Even Dad's a fan).

When you take over the 3,100 sq feet of spacious open floor plan, you can spread out find plenty to do or find quiet nooks to rest.
Adults, you'll love the four other bedrooms (Kings & Queens) and fully stocked kitchen & dining areas.
Everyone will enjoy the patio, pool, spa, theater, air conditioned game room, TVs throughout, and space for everyone to bond or just chill out. For safety, there's an optional safety pool fence that can be put up or down.
Another great feature of the house is that it's located on the end of the street, by a cul de sac which gives you extra parking on the circle (by availability) and only one house adjacent. So, you get extra privacy and quiet!
You have access to the whole home and a great screened in patio with your own heated pool and hot tub. (Heating the pool and spa is $40/night extra.)
BBQ grill with complimentary propane gas.
With full access to the fabulous Solterra Resort amenities just 37 steps away, adventure is waiting. A $35 resort fee gives your whole family full access for your entire stay.

This is our third house in the Solterra Resort and by far the best host we've had. Chris was very prompt on everything from questions before we booked all the way through our stay. The house was great and clean. The beds were very comfy as well. Although the house is on the main entry roadway there is great privacy for the pool and hot tub which is very important for us. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much in the brand new heater! The game room was wonderful and we really loved the theatre room! Kick back with some family, popcorn and great movies was the perfect ending to each day!!

The house is gorgeous and very clean! The pool and jacuzzi on the back patio is amazing and the jacuzzi actually gets HOT not like at other properties I have stayed at! We all loved hanging out in the game room with plenty to do for everybody! The kitchen is stocked with every utensil and appliance you could need! The location to the clubhouse is awesome! We walked everyday right across the street! The clubhouse food and drinks are delicious and very reasonably priced! Some of the pool deck staff are pretty rude and have lots of rules. For example my daughter who is apparently 47.5 inches was not allowed on the slide because it says 48 inches, yet she rode on space mountain at disney the day before. The kids also got yelled at for having a catch in the pool with a water ball, even though they were the only ones in the pool at the time, and were told they are not allowed to play Marco Polo! Yet it’s totally OK if you wanna swim around with a glass bottle of beer! Also the playground is under construction so we obviously couldn’t go on that. Disney is about a 20 minute drive away, which is perfect!! lots and lots of restaurants nearby also!! We definitely had the best week of vacation, especially since it snowed about 12 inches back in New York! Thank you, Chris for a lovely stay in your house!! We did not want to leave!

This place is perfect for large groups! Chris was very responsive early on to any questions we had. Everything went smoothly. The pool heat was perfect when the temps dipped to keep us swimming and in the whirlpool during the day and at night. Theater room and game rooms were a hit and the kitchen is perfectly stocked for cooking often. We will definitely come back to this home again. The bedrooms worked perfectly and just the right number of bathrooms. Check in was a breeze. Truly wonderful stay and host! Great community pool and lazy river options! Wonderful location as well.

Villa was very nice, plenty space and nice decor and everything we needed. Games room and the pool were great for the teenagers.We went to the complex area only once and it was fine but we preferred just using the villa pool. Had a great trip and would recommend.
