IMPORTANT INFORMATION – 08/13/26
The Solterra Resort Clubhouse will begin an important series of enhancements to the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar area. The lazy river renovation is scheduled to begin on September 8, 2026, with work on the resort pool and hot tub beginning September 22. During this same period, the district will also move forward with the new bar installation.
The current project schedule anticipates completion approximately December 14, 2026.
Throughout the renovation, the Clubhouse will remain open and active. Owners and guests will continue to enjoy Café Sol, including delivery service, the fitness center, sports courts, clubhouse services.

Solterra Resort Fee Information
Upon arrival, the primary guest must check in at the clubhouse to complete registration and pay the resort fee:
✔ Fee: $35 for 1-12 guests, $45 for 13+ guests (paid via credit card only, no cash accepted)
✔ Guests will receive:
Resort access card (required for clubhouse and pool entry)
A 4-digit clubhouse fitness center access code
Wristbands matching the number of guests in the reservation (wristbands change weekly; guests staying multiple weeks must visit the clubhouse each Monday for new wristbands)
After-Hours Arrivals: Gate attendants will provide temporary access. The primary guest must register at the clubhouse the following morning to receive access cards and wristbands.

✔ Pool & Slide Rules:
Riders must be at least 48 inches tall
Single riders only, sliding feet first
Slide hours vary seasonally

The villa was perfect for us. It was clean & tidy when we arrived & checking in was a breeze. The location was good for us, maybe a little far out if you were going to Universal regularly, but all the restaurants & shops were in very easy reach. The pool was a good size & the heater was efficient at keeping it at 88 deg. We certainly would come back here again

Check in was vey smooth and easy. We arrived early and the host let us check in at 3. House had a great layout. Pool area could definitely use some better cleaning. There’s cub webs everywhere. The most annoying part is the slider. There’s a loud alarm every time you go outside to the pool area. You can shut it off from inside but every time you come in it goes off. I understand it’s a safety for kids but there should be a way to bypass it if we have older kids. In 10 years we’ve been renting, we have never seen it before. More have we her it from any of our neighbors. Bring extra shampoo, trash bags and dish soap. The dishwasher looked like it hasn’t been use in a long time. Probably needs a good cleaning. I didn’t dare using it. Rooms only have blinds. It would be nice to have blackout curtains too. No one wants to get up with the sun on vacation. Game room was great. Something to remember, entrance has a huge line every day around 4 to 6. It’s off the busy road and with everyone getting home it’s backed up a lot. We really loved our stay and will be back.

The property was in excellent condition in a great location. The pool heater was worth the extra expense and was the best pool heater we have ever had in Florida. There was an issue with the air conditioning one day which stopped working but the host had the issue fixed by the following afternoon. I must state that the host was very communicative and responsive and was even proactive to see if we needed anything else with the property. I would definitely rent this property and from these hosts again. It was a great experience.

Had an absolute great stay! This was our 5th stay at Solterra, but first at this property, we love this gated community and the area! We were at this property for 2 weeks. The house was clean upon arrival, the small care package with dish soap, detergent, toilet paper, salt/pepper, etc was appreciated (this was the best one we received so far). It is close to the entrance and the clubhouse. The air hockey table and pool table were a hit! The pool had issues to which we contacted the management company and they had a technician as soon as they could come by to fix the issue and graciously reimbursed the days it was not heated. The door to the pool is equipped with an alarm which we needed to adjust to having to go in/out of the house, I understand the need completely, I just wish there would be a way to opt out either by signing a contract as we were 6 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely stay at this property again for its location and as well as the communication with the management team, which was very rapid and professional!
