• Pool Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.
• Please kindly note that Pool Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
• BBQ Grill Rental: A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third-party company for an additional charge. If you are interested, please let us know, and we will provide more information for setup.
• Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside.
• Parties and events are prohibited.
• Must be at least 25 years old to book.
• No need to worry if you arrive late, as we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.
