We are located in a quiet cul de sac, within the resort which is just 20 mins from Disney, 35 mins from Orlando International Airport and 55 mins from Orlando Sanford Airport. Our newly upgraded luxurious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is available for your dream holiday. The villa is secluded and private with no rear neighbours, only trees and woodland to the rear and side. It is the perfect place to relax, yet close enough to all the hustle and bustle that everyone visits Florida to enjoy. The best location for a vacation.

Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs.

Another top quality home in Watersong. Excellent communication with the owner. The property was spotless and easily the best equipped kitchen we have had.
The location was overlooking a reserve with deer and other wildlife visiting.

We rented the home for 4 weeks and were very happy there. Unfortunately the weather was unusually bad and we were only able to sit outside for 3 days of our stay. This is of course nothing to do with the owner but did unfortunately put a bit of a cloud over our holiday.
As far as the home is concerned we have rated it 5 star.

The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids. Not too far from Disney. Nice neighborhood. Would stay there again.
