About this house rental
Gite in a quiet and green place, ideal for recharging your batteries with family or friends.
Cycle paths are - 5 km away, hiking trails are also nearby. On site a closed room for your bikes and a washing station.
The Neuvon spring passes through the estate, which offers the leisure to fish for trout.
For horse lovers there is a stable with a quarry on site with the possibility of walking (optional).
On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (dolce gusta a capsules coffee maker) with its dining table opening onto a French window which offers the possibility of eating outside. Indeed, you have a large terrace with garden table and chairs.
Be careful to note that the water is not good to drink on the estate because it comes from a spring, bring your water bottles.
At your disposal there will be a gas plancha available from June to September (to be cleaned by you on the day of your departure).PGJyPg
A living room with a pellet stove as well as a complete boiler room on the first floor. In this boiler room, you will find a washing machine, a sink, a shower and a toilet. It offers a large space and allows our cycling and horse riding friends to leave their equipment safely. The cycle paths are - 5 km away.
On the 1st floor, you have two bedrooms (bed 160 and the other 180) each with their own shower room with toilet.
On the second and last floor, two bedrooms (beds 160) with this time a separate shower room and toilet to share on the landing.
On your arrival, all beds will be made and towels and kitchen towels will be provided.

Free parking is in front of the cottage.
You will also have the possibility to access the outdoor swimming pool of the estate which is to be shared with other travelers. It is open from 01/06 to 15/09 (unheated). Accessible every day during this period from 11 am to 8 pm. PLEASE NOTE: children must remain under the supervision of an adult.
