- A full, well-equipped kitchen
- a (smoke-free) balcony
- workout equipment (5 and 10 lb dumbells, yoga mat, yoga blocks, resistance bands)
Located in a safe, walkable neighbourhood beside the hospital, with nearby shops, transit, and cafés. The apartment is approximately 865 square feet in a well-maintained building.
Walking distances:
3–5 min → Nanaimo Regional General Hospital (NRGH)
5 min → Drip Coffee (upscale coffee shop)
10–15 min → Bowen Rd plazas: (10 mins) Freshslice Pizza, Rexall, Pharmasave, Sushi, Tim Hortons, salons & shops
Across Bowen → (11 mins) TD Bank, Country Grocer, McDonald’s, (12 minutes) Dollarama, Nail Salon, Barber, perogies, subway, and more.
15 minutes to Return to Form Pilates Studio (8-10 dollar uber back if you need it 😂)
August perk: There’s a lovely walking path nearby lined with blackberry bushes. Bring some berries back and whip up something delicious in the well-equipped kitchen!
