    Comfortable and pleasant 1 night stay. Location is good. Needs improvement is the improved and more detailed guide to get to the lobby, using the Pincode and lift Access card. Basic information is given but missing details can be stressful for people who are clueless and trying figure out on the spot.

    Location is good. Price point is affordable. Overall not bad. If there is more power socket will be better, as there is only 2 found in the room.

    Booked a 2BR unit and had major issues with parking, which wasn't made clear beforehand. We were directed to a specific mechanical parking lot (Level 11, Lot 113), but the lift/ramp was inoperable and the on-site security guard didn't even have the key to lower it — and kept telling us to go back up to Level 11, while he himself was stationed at Level 4. So imagine driving up and down the whole time. It was a back and forth for over an hour before the host finally replied, saying they'd provide another spot (Level 11, Lot 114). The frustrating part? We had asked earlier if we could just park beside the original spot (Lot 113), and the host said no. So after an hour-plus of wasted time, we ended up parking right next to it anyway. Our car didn't fit the space properly. We contacted host chat support and got connected to a "live agent," but never got real help through out. Once we finally got into the unit, things didn't improve. The room itself was not clean … the bed and sofa were visibly stained, which is unacceptable for a paying guest. On top of that, the air conditioning in the living room was leaking, leaving water pooling and dripping onto the sofa. To make things worse, when we tried to leave the next day after checkout via the gantry, security demanded payment even though parking was supposed to be free, with no explanation and the host had gone completely unresponsive by that point. Between the unclean, stained furnishings, a leaking aircon, broken parking infrastructure, unhelpful on-site security, and painfully slow host response times, this stay fell far short of what was advertised. Everything here is manual and poorly coordinated. Wouldn't recommend unless you're prepared to deal with parking headaches and wasted time.
