I searched through heaps of villas and I’m so glad I chose this one.
Location: I have stayed in 3 other locations in Ubud - on the north, the east and the south of the city centre. This location is the best for getting into the centre easily and avoiding traffic. Easy to get a grab or gojek. It’s a beautiful drive into ubud through ricefields and forest. If you have kids: Ubud Family Hangout is literally next door.
Villa is situated on main road so road noise can be heard, but it did not bother us at all.
Modern villa: the villa is huge, with a seperate upstairs and downstairs, each with own bathroom & kitchen (note the access is via external stairs). The beds are huge and very comfortable with clean linen.
View: the view of the ricefields directly out of the upstairs bedroom window is amazing
Bathroom had a bad smell, but I think that it’s common for drainage issues in Bali.
