Overall, good villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent, and the villa is in a quiet location with a beautiful rice field view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better.

The breakfast options were very basic, and the villa could use a bit more attention to cleaning. The swimming pool water was quite cold, and there was limited sun for tanning, only a few hours in the morning.

It was a great villa... long ago

We stayed 7 nights and there are a lot of concerns about this villa. Seems that was a great villa when was new but the lack of maintenance degraded it at the current state. - current state is not what its shown in booking.com and other websites. Even the shower screen is gone. - Location is not great. Grabs and gojeks will need indications on how to arrive there. - Moist (even in the curtains) - Some parts where not cleaned since long ago - Staff is nice but the service is not what you would expect (breakfast plates not cleaned after 24h, not much in deep clean...) - Pool maintenance can be improved

The villa is beautiful and well-ventilated. It’s in the middle of the rice field that gives relaxing ambiance. They provide airport pick-up, spa, and food services. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

I suggest that they should rub the floor and toilet bowl more, maybe with chlorine/disinfectant, so it will look clean. The drainage in one shower takes time to drain. I hope they can fix it.

Bad villa and completely unhelpful staff

The outdoor living room and kitchen

1. The staff was doing their job for one day, after that we had to practically beg them for new towels or to clean the living space, they were very frustrating. One evening when we were returning from the trip we saw them sleeping and saw that our villa was not cleaned for the whole day. 2. The pool was dirty for 6 days of our 7 day stay, I asked the staff several times to clean it but they ignored me until the manager saw the situation. This was incredibly disappointing because we picked this villa for the pool especially. 3. I cannot stress this enough, the staff, except for Nyoman was very unhelpful. 4. The whole villa doesn't look anything like the pictures, the pictures look 10 years old when compared to the actual villa. 5. Had water problems a few times: sometimes no water at all, sometimes no hot water and sometimes dirty brown water. 6. The staff makes breakfast in your villa which was uncomfortable for us.

Descent villa but needs some TLC

Quiet location, overlooking ricefields, descent pool and spacious rooms. Friendly staff.

The kitchen ( fridge, glasses, cups, etc ) could be cleaner. Some broken wooden boards on the terrace, no matrasses on the sunbeds or under the pagoda, no decoration in the room but the screws are still in the walls. Pictures on the website are outdated. But it is still a nice villa for the price we paid 😉.

Niets meer en niets minder

Het heeft een fijn groot zwembad. Het is lekker licht in de kamers. Er staat een watergallon.

Wij waren met drie personen, en moesten vragen om een derde badhanddoek. Daar waren door de eerdere reviews op voorbereid. Het zwembad werd niet schoongehouden. Er staan maar twee bedjes bij het zwembad. Wel zo’n leuke balè balè. Maar daar ligt dan weer geen kussen of matrasje in. Erg hard om zo in te liggen. Geen verplaatsbaar rekje waar je je handdoek op kan hangen. Het ontbijt stelt ook niet veel voor. We hebben nog nooit zulke slechte juice gedronken als daar. Lampjes die kapot zijn en niet vervangen worden. Verder geen enkele jeu aan. Het straat geen gezelligheid uit.
