Great location, disappointing stay

Great location

All felt very cheap, the door of the wardrobe is hanging on by half of its brackets. The curtains fell out of the ceiling and it took 2 days to get them put back up again. The microwave didn’t work and the room got far too hot for confirm.

It’s a great spot for a single traveller, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a couple

The location is excellent, and the room was clean and well maintained with all the necessary amenities for a single traveller. It’s a great option for someone on a business trip or a solo holiday.

While the room is suitable for a single traveller, it felt too small for a couple. There is also no air conditioning, so we had to keep the window open with the fan, which made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from this very busy area. Parking is also limited we struggled to find space and ended up parking at the V&A Waterfront and paying overnight fees.

The safety of the building and outside the room such as the reception area is unclean and doesn’t not have a good smell. The actual room was good, just needs an air con and extra bath towels.

Perfect for a city stay!

The location is perfect, right on Kloof Street. Near lots of coffee spots and restaurants and bars. The view from the room was beautiful and everything was brand new in the room, and though it wasn’t a huge place, it has everything you could want - even a little dishwasher. The bed was super comfy, and everything is nice and clean an good quality . The staff were VERY friendly!!!!

The only small thing was there was no extra hand towel or floor towel to dry the floor, but everything else was great!
