There was construction happening opposite the building and it was loud,we couldn’t open our balcony door

I regretted my every minute in there. I had to come for sleeping n spent my day out by force.

Nothing at all

The place is situated at a dodgy place and the smell was unbearable the cockroaches and mould at the bathroom smell. Cigarettes smells on the corridors as well

The location

The communication between the host and the receptionist, plus the guests (us), was very poor. I spent 1hour and 30 minutes in the lobby, and nobody knew which room was assigned to us. The room number should be communicated prior to the guests' arrival. 2. Once a previous guest leaves the house, can you please check and see what's missing?? The TV remote didn't have batteries, so we had to buy the trash bags and tissues (this should be at least provided) 3. Please have a WhatsApp number that guests can use to reach out to you.

There's no breakfast

There was an awful sewerage smell upon arrival till we left. Bedding was dirty had to wash it ourselves because we got no assistance when we asked about it.

Comfortable and conveniently situated!

The property is central and you are able to come and go as you please. It is safe and very well self contained.

It is close to a couple of lively bars so look forward to loud music at night.

It’s not a bad place if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay without the frills of luxury.

The apartment itself was well kept and had everything I needed, and I was happy with the interior. It’s close to popular nightlife spots and restaurants. Because of the location it has a vibey feel to it which motivates you to go out and have fun. It’s very affordable.

There is no generator for LoadShedding. No AC for temperature control and it got very cold in there. The location is bad when trying to get an Uber, you have to walk up the street to meet your Uber because drivers find it difficult to get to the building. The only view I had was of a shady looking street.

a lovely home which brings modernity and practicality together in an aesthetically pleasing way.

The apartment is very practical. You have everything you need from an iron to dishes to Netflix. it’s easy to stay in as it is easy to be out and about! quick access to the main road. I love that I had a balcony. you never have that in a hotel. especially a small room. a small room is better when you can move in and out of the space as you please.

it’s too close to the main road and the music was so loud. this is also because I was on the 1st floor right by the entrance. it was gonna be better if I was a few floors higher.

Absolutely awful experience - a really dirty place!

Nothing.

Dirty, damp towels. Dirty floor. Room not cleaned. No toilet paper on arrival. Toilet smelled of sewerage. Requested an early departure and a partial refund which was not granted. We were offered for the room to be cleaned and a lunch/dinner for two. Unfortunately, this would not compensate for the absolutely awful experience so we incurred a second accommodation charge for the duration of our stay at an alternative, way better place. Do not book this place!!
