I loved the location and the sound proof windows, it was spacious, clean and organised :)

the Ac didn’t work well & I found the check out at 10:00 to be too early,, I think 10:00-15:00 for turnover time is too long.

Affordable city stay

The overall place does resemble the images shared. The host did provide quite a lot of amenities to make the stay comfortable.

Smart TV was not in working order. The overall building is rather loud through neighbours playing loud music as well as the surrounding scene of where it's situated. The host can consider providing alternative linen to cater for different temperatures. Bedding had a winter duvet with no flat sheet provided as an alternative.

It was exactly as it appears on the pictures. Beautiful and filled with natural light. Its cleanliness and coziness ♥️ The washer inside the unit. Be prepared to download an app to purchase dryer time since the dryer is on a floor below.

The hallways smell of different foods being cooked, the tobacco smoke smells. The noise from other tenants. Some kind of construction noise. This became less of an issue once inside because of how beautiful the unit is.

Everything perfect

It was a perfect place to stay during my 1 1/2 month in Cape Town. The apartment was very clean, and also a middle term cleaning was done (a paid one). I asked the administrators to change a bulb, because I needed more light to study, and they answered immediately changing it. The location was perfect for me, and is very close to downtown, even if you want to go to the beaches, you can take a bus on Long St, and you can walk to the Waterfront, or take a car. The building has security 24/7.

Ein schönes, sicheres Apartment, perfekt auch für längere Aufenthalte.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr hübsch, sauber und gemütlich und wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Sie ist mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet und der Check in war unkompliziert.

Die Lage in der Nähe der Long Street bedeutet, dass es nachts auch mal ein bisschen lauter sein kann, da es dort viele Bars und auch Clubs gibt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung trotzdem gerne, da wir uns dort wohlgefühlt haben.
