It was a very nice stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in bali.
We liked everything about the stay, except the location which was a hassle while we were booking grab considering the lane is so thin it was getting difficult to make a turn back.

I almost don’t want to write this review because I’d like to keep this oasis for myself, but here goes. INTAN is a beautiful villa that’s great for groups with everyone having enough space and lots of bathrooms. The staff were what made this property exceptional. From our first contact to check out, every single member of the team were warm, helpful and kind. We were only in Bali for a few days to celebrate Christmas with our team. The villa management team organised everything for us from a pool toys, beautiful breakfast for our group of 9, a baby sitter, transfers, motorbikes and currency exchange. Nothing was too much trouble. The customer service we received was first rate.
It’s a long walk down a narrow gang to the villa, which isn’t a problem in itself, however it did present a challenge to an inexperienced gojek driver who brought us home one rainy evening. He got himself wedged in the narrow lane way and my husband had to help him manoeuvre out. There are always staff on hand to help, but something to be mindful of anyway
