Il faut utiliser le bureau de travail pour manger ; il manque une chaise afin de manger à deux. Les sols ne sont souvent pas nettoyés à mon avis.

The location is close to the subway. The building is quiet and secure. Communication with the host is easy and quick. There is laundry on site (but it is paid, not made clear in the description).
The room is in need of a deep clean as is the main building. The sheets had hair on them when I arrived suggesting they were not washed. There are a lot of homelessness and drug use surrounding the building. The microwave was broken.
