the check in is smooth, location is quite good, supermarkets, cafes all walkable, there's a bus exactly located at the hotel, few minutes walk to metro, the room is clean and staff is friendly and helpful, highly recommend!!

Room was clean and quiet. Need to update information board for laundry location. But overall excellent place to stay.

The property was good, price was reasonable, we rented 3 different rooms for our group, some of the issues were:
the A/C on the ground floor room could not be adjusted and it was VERY warm and inconsistent. By the last night we were sweating at night and couldn’t sleep at all, manager never answered text about it not working.
Then in same ground floor apartment we had the laundry room located right beside our room and someone was doing laundry after 11pm, it sounded like the wash loads were out of balance with very loud banging, this went on for a couple hours, manager said there was a quiet policy after 11, however when I explained it was still happening after 11, he ignored me.
The other room on second floor had 4 ppl, there was not enough toilet paper.
There were no spare garbage bags in any rooms.
