Location! Kindest Owner literally walked me to all the good eats around neighborhood. Great indoor market next door. Free laundry, water bottles, Korean style coffee and wifi. Small kitchenette on main floor to cook small meals.
Only uncomfortable mention is the bed; rock hard. Thankfully the owner gave me a foam topper.

Me and my partner stayed at YeonStay hotel for two weeks and everything was perfect. The place was super clean , well equipped and very cozy. The owners were so welcoming and friendly, and they made sure everything was going well for us. I’d recommend this place to anyone, because it definitely made me feel like I was at home. And obviously, i’m 100% sure that i’ll be booking this place again for my next trip to Seoul :). Thank you for everything!!

The staff was really sweet and helpful! The hotel has free water, a kitchen available and a laundry service 24/7 for free which is amazing!! Every room has a refrigerator and a micro wave which is convenient.
The location is really far from the center of Seoul. Anytime I wanted to go to Itaewon, Hongdae, Gangnam, etc it was a 2-2h30 trip by bus or train.
The room were not necessarily clean. A few spider webs, mirrors with fingerprints, the bed was a bit hard as well.
