The staff religiously cleaned our room EVERY NIGHT, supplied us with new bottled water, and emptied all the trash. EVERY NIGHT, without us asking, and without fail. The room was sized just right, and I love the layout where there’s like a patio with water-absorbent type of tiles when you enter. The hotel is near a type of red-light district, but we felt relatively safe. It’s close to the subway and the bus stops, and also near Suyu Market. It’s far from usual places like Myeongdong, but all the spots are still readily accessible from Picasso. We would really like to come back again next time and would highly recommend it to other people!

If you are conservative, you might try other accommodation. This is actually a motel I guess. I just found out at the time of check in
Other than that it is superb. Everything is clean. You have everything that you need from it. They dont speak English but you can use a translation app. It also nearby to deli stores and transpo

Motel with new facilities, only stayed here because of the holidays most other places were booked out. Facilities look new and looks recently renovated but there was a small cockroach in the wall, as for smoke smell it's a hit and miss, three of the days it wasn't bad but the last one I guess they gave me very old bed sheets and it smelled very bad
