Our private guest house offers a peaceful escape just minutes from downtown attractions, Gruene Hall, Schlitterbahn, and the Guadalupe River. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a float trip, or a Hill Country adventure, this cozy retreat is the perfect home base.
The space
This thoughtfully designed open-layout casita combines comfort and convenience in one inviting space:
Sleeping & Living Area: Features a plush king-size bed and a comfortable couch in the same open area, perfect for lounging, reading, or watching TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and cooking basics for simple meal prep.
Bathroom: Clean and bright with a stand-up shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries.
Laundry: Includes an in-unit washer and dryer for guest use, ideal for extended stays.
Guests have private access to the casita and parking area through the second gate on Westmeyer Road. The guest house is located in the middle of the property, offering privacy and quiet surroundings. We have 10 dogs, 10 chickens & 4 cats that live outside. Yes the rooster does crow and the dogs do bark once in a while.

Clean, seamless check in and out, pet friendly. You need to not mind dogs barking when you arrive or move around outside. Beautiful views, good value for the price and good location.

Our stay here was wonderful. The guesthouse had everything we could have wanted and needed. Extra blankets, towels, adorable little kitchen with all of the things. Though we didn't use it, the outdoor seating area looked wonderful for a fire on those chilly nights. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Much better value than any hotel and just as close to anywhere you need to go.
