The open-concept living space features a cozy gray sofa, a Smart TV for relaxing nights in, and a dedicated corner desk—perfect for remote work or planning your day’s adventures. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dark gray cabinetry, a single-cup coffee station, and a butcher block dining table for four. The bedroom includes a queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Stall parking for 1 vehicle available. Additional parking available in the surface lots around the outside of complex.
• One parking pass for the unit's designated parking space will be provided inside the unit. Please note that failure to leave the parking pass behind at departure will result in a $40 replacement charge.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 50 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the main entrance and actively monitoring the walkway leading up to the front door.

The property was beautiful and the room was clean with plenty of appliance and kitchen equipment to cook a meal. There were pods to wash laundry and soap to wash dishes. I loved that they had shower things such as shampoo conditioner and body wash. We had our own but this was nice if you needed it. There were a few negatives for us however. The bedroom has a window in it that faces out and despite the curtain the lights on the exterior peak in and they are on all night long so if you are laying in bed you have that light right there. The bed is pretty firm I’m not a huge fan of a firm bed. I wish it had a mattress topper. Even if I had to put it on myself but something to note if you prefer a softer bed. Another thing is the AC takes a while to cool down. We came at the end of June so it was about 90s for our stay and it just took the AC awhile. It wasn’t hot in the place by any means but if you like it cold just know that won’t happen at this condo. It’s a good place to stay for a couple I wouldn’t recommend it for a family however. The pool was the highlight and it’s well positioned for a ton of eating places and several stores to get groceries if you prefer to cook your own meals. The pool was very clean and we were the only ones in the pool for a few hours when we were there. Overall a great place to stay with some things to note!

This place was perfect for a weekend trip! It’s a great location with restaurants and bars close by, and it’s not too far from the Comal river, Schliterbahn, Gruene Hall, and downtown. We had a slight issue with checking in, but the communication was great when I had an issue and it was solved very quickly. Very clean and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again.
