You can drop off your luggage before the official check-in time, from 11:00 am, subject to availability.

For late arrivals:
- Between 20:00 and 22:00, an extra charge will be requested via the platform.
- Between 22:00 and 00:00, an amount of €30 will be requested via the platform.
- After midnight, a surcharge of €10 per hour will be applied.PGJyPg
Included services:
- Bed linen and towels provided for optimal comfort.
- Our professional cleaning team prepares the apartment before your arrival, to
guarantee you a clean and welcoming space.

Other services not included:
- We can provide you with a cot and a high chair on request (give 72 hours notice and an extra charge of 15€ will be applied for the cot.)
- Additional housekeeping can be arranged during your stay if required.
- Airport pick-up and drop-off is available on request, to be booked at least 72 hours in advance.

HOUSE RULES:
- Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00 with a receptionist. If check-in is after 20:00, a surcharge of €20 will be charged upon arrival, and this surcharge will increase to 30€ from 22:00.
- A surcharge of €50 will be charged if you leave the apartment after the allowed time.
- It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment or leave cigarette butts inside. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fee of 150€ to 300€ will be required.
- If you need an additional key, an extra charge of 20€ will be required. A deposit will also be required to guarantee the return of this second key.
- In case of loss of keys, a replacement fee may be applied, ranging from 100€ to 500€, depending on the type of key.
- If you want a cot or a high chair will be on request before 72H, with an extra charge of 15 Euro.
- We ask you to respect the quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00. If this rule is not respected, a fee equivalent to the deposit may be charged.
