Beautiful, Brand new 1 bedroom ground level garden suite with walk out entrance. Self contained - not shared.
Non-smoking home. Brand new House - suite never lived in, comes fully furnished. Utilities: heat, hydro, Internet and flat screen TV all included.
Brand new appliances. Includes washer and dryer. On 49 ave bus route with direct access to UBC & Langara.
Beautiful upscale, quiet neighborhood. Close shopping. Canada Line train to downtown 1 bus away.
Queen bed. Comes with all linens and towels.

Brand new washroom, private washroom. With medicine chest for extra storage. Private kitchen
Kitchen comes stocked with all essentials. Has oven & double induction hot plate.

Quartz in kitchen and bathroom.
Includes housekeeping one time per week including bed change and cleaning -if desired.
No pets.
