Beautiful new 2-bedroom garden level suite located in a new custom-built home; 9' (2.75m) ceilings that make tall people feel comfortable; large south facing windows, lots of natural light.
Great location conveniently located on a tree-lined street at Dunbar community in West side of Vancouver, safe, quiet, friendly neighborhood. I am sure you will enjoy the beauty of Vancouver, one of the best places to live in the world. This is your home away from home. We are excited to host you!
The space
This 2-bedroom suite is part of a brand new house, approximately 800 sq. ft with a private entry. For amenities and spaces, there is:
• a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size fridge with freezer, stove, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, wok, and basic condiments
• a private washer and dryer
. radiant heat with an independent control in each room
• a living room that comfortably seats 4 guests or more for socializing
• two bedrooms with high quality mattresses and linens
I recommend the space for families and couples visiting Vancouver on holidays, families of UBC students, visiting professionals, or overflow for guests attending family events.
For guests with a vehicle, street parking is available in front of the residence.
My family lives in the same house in a completely separated space; we have no young kids and are very quiet. The house is 2 blocks away from Dunbar St. where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, a large organic grocery store, and a cinema. There's also plenty of public transit nearby that will take you to the University of British Columbia (UBC), downtown and the airport. (all within ~20 minutes) We are also very close to a large forest park with hiking trails called Pacific Spirit Park, and some beautiful beaches such as Jericho Beach, Spanish Banks and Kitsilano Beach.

There is a security deposit of $400. Any damages to the unit or violation of house rules will be charged up to $400.
