This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is located in the WestEnd, voted as the best neighbourhood to live in in Canada in 2015. Easy access to the seawall and Stanley Park, and plenty of great restaurants and bars, the West End offers many charms: green areas, public spaces, inclusive community, prime shopping and dining and a great walk-able neighbourhood.

Bed setup: 1 x Queen, plus 2 x twin size air mattresses (linens included for the air mattresses)
Washer/Dryer is shared use, located in the building.
Furnished units are not available to rent unfurnished.
Included: linens, towels, cable TV (basic), Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (shared use, located in the building), full kitchen, and AC (portable or central)
NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (2 rolls are complimentary upon arrival), and paper towels

Renting property was seamless. Was contacted prior to arrival and keys were delivered at set time. This location in West Vancouver is perfect distance to walk in any direction to enjoy Vancouver.

We were very happy with our accommodations and location convenience. We had a couple of issues: the intercom to the main door did not work so we had to always go down to let our friends in; the second issues was a much bigger inconvenience. The fridge stopped working (due to a power surge after a power outage in the neighborhood) and we were 8 days without a fridge. We lost food and didn’t have anything available to keep things cold except continually filling the kitchen sink with cold water. We were hoping we would receive some compensation for our food loss and the inconvenience of no fridge for 8 days but u fortunately we did not.
