The building is a three-storey plus penthouse, 21-unit apartment building also known as Park Beach Manor. Originally built in 1956, the building is situated on the north side of Nelson Street, between Gilford and Chilco Streets. Walking distance to beaches of English Bay and the beautiful and famous Stanley Park. Surrounded by trees and calm streets this is one of the most desirable locations in Vancouver.
