About this house rental
Escape to Casa Marina, a beautifully appointed waterfront retreat with a large heated private pool, lush tropical landscaping, a kayak, ping pong table, and plenty of games for the whole family. Ideally located just 7 minutes from Hollywood Beach and the Broadwalk, and only 5 minutes from Dania Beach, the Fishing Pier, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and Port Everglades Cruise Port.
**MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25 YEARS OLD**
Any reservation found to be in violation of this requirement will result in immediate removal from the premises without a refund. Valid identification will be required and verified. Thank you for your cooperation.
Government-issued identification and a signed rental agreement are required before we can provide the door code.
LOGISTICS:

- Check-out: 11:00 AM.

2nd Bedroom:

-One king-size bed with en-suite bathroom.
Master Bedroom:

-Featuring an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink vanity, and views of the pool.
3 Full Bathrooms:
-Bath towels and hair dryer included.
KITCHEN:
Fully stocked chef’s kitchens have all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwaves, double oven, a wine fridge, and a spacious marble island with seating for six.
LIVING AREA:
Relax in the bright spacious living room featuring a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining table with seating for 6.
BACKYARD:
Enjoy your own private backyard with a pool, an outdoor dining table with an umbrella and seating for 6, four chaise loungers, and direct access to the dock. Propane grill. Bring your own fishing poles and enjoy fishing right from the dock!
-Propane can be delivered and installed for $40, or guests may refill the tank themselves.
(Pool heating season is between Nov 1-April 15, additional fees may apply. It is not required outside of this window)

- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
-Pet sanitation fee: $120 per pet.
-Starter set of dishwasher pods are provided
-Starter set of laundry pods provided.
-Starter set of paper towels and toilet paper.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS;
-Pool heating season is between November 1 and April 15. Additional pool heating fees apply. Additional Pool heating is typically not required outside of this timeframe.
-Indoor smoking is not permitted. Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $150 smoking fee.
-Early check-in or Late checkout may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for further details.

An absolute 5-star GEM of a place. Everything was even better than the pics! Luxurious, convenient to everything, super-spacious, loads of amenities. Close enough to walk to locations yet totally private. Pool was incredible, loved the new Ping Pong table, thankful for the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon, played some of the supplied games. This place leaves nothing out. If you are looking for a place where the photos are real, the place is amazing, the location is great, the amenities are well thought out and cover everything you could want, and you add in super-responsive and friendly owners, you have a winner! Can't wait to return!

Amazing home with a pool! Communication with the owner/manager was excellent and they were very easy to get ahold of whenever we needed anything. The limited turndown rules were a huge bonus. The home was newly renovated, spotless, and very well maintained. Its close proximity to the airport making our arrival and departure super convenient. The ping pong table in the garage was a fun extra touch that we really enjoyed. Would absolutely stay here again!

This place is amazing, If I could give it more than five stars I would! Super clean, very luxurious house with upscale fixtures and appliances. Great open floor plan to spend time with everyone inside if necessary. Huge kitchen with massive island, not including the full dining room table. The heated pool was perfect during our stay. Hosts were responsive when needed, not intrusive and the house had no overbearing rules or clean up requirements - just stay and have fun! Place was also fully stocked with everything you would need for an awesome Florida vacation - ping pong in the garage, outdoor/beach equipment, kayaks available and many other items.
