The property listing was completely accurate! Every room had its own fan that actually worked. The master bedroom had its own AC unit which allowed for additional comfort.We have requested the pool be heated prior to our arrival and it was. The binder available to visitors explaining the rules and amenities available was extremely helpful and accurate. Their description of how to adjust or modify the pool temperature was spot on.Other communications with the proper owners/management were professional and timely.We would definitely consider this property again if we have the opportunity to return to Dania Beach!

it was a very Nice place to celebrate mothers day with my mom and family great grilling, pool, backyard set up I would definitely stay again if I am down in florida or celebrate a birthday with family.
