Very well stocked nice and clean great place fair price

My husband and I rented this duplex apartment because it's located a few blocks away from our friends' house. We were already very familiar with the neighborhood and with its easy access to Fort Lauderdale Airport, the beach, Dania Point shopping/restaurant/hotel development. Linda was very gracious to allow us to change the dates of our stay, not once, but twice! The first time was due to illness and the second because we had an unexpected offer to stay in another friend's condo at the end of our Florida trip. I can't say thank you enough for the flexibility! The duplex has more than enough room for two couples or a family, with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The screened porch overlooking the canal was a bonus, as well as the hot tub. The only negative (which is NOT a dealbreaker) is that the kitchen could use an upgrade. The cupboards were dingy inside and the appliances are old. The pots & pans also need replacement. That being said, we had enough essential cookware and serving ware to cook several meals.
