The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.
We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.

House was beautiful and clean. We had a family reunion and was able to accommodate all the different ages from a 6mth old great grandbaby to my 74 year old mother. The pool was fantastic and the proximty to Dania beach was excellent.

The driveway, some of the bedrooms and back yard are MUCH smaller than they appear in the listing. TVs in every bedroom but no one was able to use them. They buffered so much and would pause for several minutes it was just easier for the kids to use their phones. We tried using just 1 TV at a time in the main living room and that didn’t work. The bedroom off of the kitchen and the one at the end of the other side of the house was very warm, so warm it was hard to sleep and some ended up moving to the couches in the living room each night. It was at least 10 degrees warmer in those rooms than the rest of the house. There were not enough forks and small spoons for our group so we would have to wait for someone to eat and then wash their fork or spoons. We ended up just buying plastic utensils. No casserole type dishes to use for baking. The floors were pretty dirty when we got to the house. You couldnt see it but when you took your shoes off their was dirt and sand in most common areas. A lawn care person showed up while the kids were swimming and just walked in the backyard and started weed eating about 6 ft from the pool where the kids were playing so we had them all get out. Wasn’t a big deal I just wish he would have given us a heads up before they started. One of the bedrooms has no closet and is a tight squeeze with 2 beds in there. The area was ok but I wouldn’t visit it again. I understand having cameras in the front yard for security but 4 cameras in the backyard feels a little intrusive so we asked to have those turned off because we have teenage girls..they told us to put a bag or mask over them. Just seemed tacky!
