Perched along Marcellina Lane in Mt. Crested Butte, this spacious three-bedroom townhome offers incredible access to the ski area, shuttle service, and endless outdoor adventure. Guests love the balance of comfort and convenience—whether cozying up by the fireplace, enjoying a private garage for gear storage, or taking in crisp mountain air from the balcony.
This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhome features a generous floor plan with everything you need for a mountain getaway. The entrance opens into a bright, open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six, and a comfortable living room with streaming access. Step out to the balcony to take in mountain views, or relax by the wood-burning fireplace after a day on the slopes.
The primary king suite includes a private ensuite bath and balcony access, while a second king bedroom down the hall offers ample space for guests. A third closed-off lofted bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with two bunk beds offering three twin beds, plus a convertible floor couch—a great setup for families, kids, or larger groups. A washer and dryer in the garage are available for guest use, along with parking for two vehicles (one strongly encouraged inside the garage).
The FREE Mountain Express Shuttle makes it easy to get around without a car. In summer, the transit center is about a 10-minute walk; in winter, take advantage of First Tracks, the on-demand, fare-free public transportation service that picks up right at your door with 15-minute response times. Think of it as your free Uber to the base area.
Please note: winter conditions can make the steep drive challenging for two-wheel drive vehicles—four-wheel drive is strongly recommended.

Upon arrival, you’ll find linens, towels, and paper goods stocked for your stay—including paper towels, toilet paper, starter shower kits, coffee packets with creamer and sugar, kitchen towels, dish sponges, dish soap, and dish detergent. Mid-stay housekeeping can be arranged through our office for a modest fee.

Superb condo! One of the best we have ever stayed in. We traveled with 2 families - 5 adults & 3 kids and there was plenty of space to sleep & hang out in. The condo came with a fully equipped kitchen, a smart tv to watch the Olympics & Super Bowl, and so many more appreciated details. The view was fantastic of the mountain & to the base was only a 7 minute walk or a short, convenient shuttle ride. Another plus was the management company & how friendly & responsive they were. Would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants a fantastic stay in Crested Butte!
