6 adult beds: 3 bedrooms: 1 of 12 m2 with a bed of 160, 1 of 13 m2 with a bed of 140 and 1 of 14m2 with a bed of 140 and a toilet area (sink).
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Outside school holidays: rental 5 nights minimum
Bed, towels and household linen not provided.
Electricity not included: Meter reading on arrival and departure - 0,23€ /kWh -
Deposit: 600€ to be paid on site by check (which will not be cashed) or in cash. The deposit will be returned at the end of the stay after it has been noted that there are no problems

Cleaning 60€ to be paid on site. (basic cleaning is always to be done by the customer).
