About this house rental
10 min walk (500m)from Lingreville beach (commune of Tourneville sur Mer).
Comfortable and bright house, in a quiet environment and facing south over a garden.
134 m² of living space on the ground on 700 m² of enclosed land and can accommodate 8 people + 1 baby.
On the ground floor overlooking the garden:
- Living room 30m² with wood stove (wood not supplied)- 3 bay windows on the garden
- Separate fitted and well-equipped kitchen - 1 bay window overlooking the garden
- 4 bedrooms:
> 1 Master bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm) and shower room - Plan bedroom 4 -
> 2 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) - Bedrooms plan 2 & 3 -
> 1 Bedroom with queensize bed (160x200 cm) - Plan Bedroom 1 -
- Bathroom
- 2 Separate WC with hand basin
- Tiled garage with utility room
1st floor :
- mezzanine overlooking the living room, with sofa and 48 ’flat screen TV.
Kitchen equipment: 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster
Available: washing machine,dryer, garden furniture, deckchairs, BBQ; hairdryer, iron.
Electric heating.
Electricity not included: Meter reading on arrival and departure - € 0.23 / kWh.
Final cleaning €60 (basic cleaning remains the responsibility of the guest)
Bedlinen, towels and household linen not provided.
A deposit of €400 (check or cash) will be requested upon arrival. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay once it has been verified that there are no issues.
