Located in Saint-Aubin-du-Perron, "between Cherbourg and Mont-Saint-Michel", renovated old cottage that combines the authenticity of traditional buildings and modern comfort.
It is a place that we want to be warm where people come to recharge their batteries, enjoy the calm and nature.
Here, we come to take a real break... with a smile 😊

Exterior walls covered with scraped lime.
Beyond aesthetics, this traditional plaster allows the old building to breathe naturally, thus respecting the original materials.

Up to 8 beds:
2 bedrooms each with a double bed 140 x 190
1 small bedroom on the first floor with 2 bunk beds
Living room: Poltron sofa bed & Sofa style rapido, equipped with comfortable bedding
Fitted kitchen with induction hob
Heat pump
Enclosed land of 900 m²
Room/living room with walls almost 1 meter wide which keep the coolness in summer and the heat in winter.

Above-ground swimming pool 3m long, 2m wide, 74cm high, unheated, installed in summer
10 kWh per day is included in the price.
Beyond that, additional consumption is billed at €0.26 / kWh.
The exceedance mainly concerns periods when the heating is more stressed. Outside these periods, the included consumption is generally sufficient for everyday use.
We welcome with pleasure travelers who are attentive to the respect of the place and the energy.
Pets accepted under conditions (please let us know)
Linen not provided: please bring sheets and pillowcases as well as towels and dish towels according to the bedding you will use.

In order to limit the ecological impact of frequently replacing broken dishes, the dishes do not necessarily match.
In the same approach, we do not use any phytosanitary products for the yard, which explains why the grass grows naturally there. We carry out manual weeding to limit invasive and allergenic plants.

Les propriétaires nous ont gentiment accueillis et guidés pour notre arrivés. Ils nous surpris par leur bienveillance et n'ont pas hésités à nous accompagner durant le séjour pour découvrir ce magnifique village. Grande maison agréable pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis avec la grande superficie d'intérieur les chambres et surtout le grand jardin idéal pour profiter du soleil autour d'un barbecue ou laisser jouer les enfants. Agréable séjour !!
