Welcome to The Warm Hearth Estate, a picture-perfect countryside retreat set on 15 acres of rolling Herefordshire fields. This lovingly restored 18th-century estate blends rustic charm with modern comfort, offering three unique homes — The Barn, The Stables, and The Hayloft. Enjoy exclusive access to three hot tubs, and wander through our magical wooded area adorned with fairy-lit oak trees and glowing pontoon lights inviting you to dine, laugh, and linger late into the evening. Unforgettable memories.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the calm of the countryside wrap around you. Wander through wildflower meadows, relax under the fairy-lit oak trees, or gather around the crackling firepit as the stars sparkle above. Within our enchanted wooded area, you’ll discover a cosy BBQ hut with ample seating for all numbers of guests.
The estate offers exclusive access to three charming homes — The Barn, The Stables, and The Hayloft — each beautifully restored with its own unique character and warmth. Across the property, you’ll also find three luxurious hot tubs, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine as the countryside stretches endlessly before you.
Inside, cosy textures, vintage details, and warm tones create spaces that feel both luxurious and homely. Curl up beside the hearth after a countryside walk, unwind in deep bathtubs, or sink into plush bedding for a perfect night’s sleep.
Whether you’re here for a romantic retreat, a family reunion, or a memorable countryside escape with friends, The Warm Hearth promises serenity, connection, and joy — the kind that lingers long after you leave.
• Enter the property via a long private drive signed “The Warm Hearth.”
• Enjoy exclusive 24-hour access to the full estate (excluding The Den and main house).
• Access to three beautifully restored homes — The Barn, The Stables, and The Hayloft — each filled with charm and character. In total this includes - 3 living/dining rooms, 3 kitchens, 11 bedrooms to accommodate up to 30 guests, 4 bathrooms and multiple entrances/exits.
- Indoors
Across the estate’s three homes, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There are 21 beds, sofa beds, and futons in total, plus fully equipped kitchens with cooking facilities, fridges, freezers, coffee makers, kettles, and complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, flour, milk, and cereal.
Each home includes cutlery, towels, bedding (with extras available), hairdryers, irons and ironing boards, as well as hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and sanitizer. Families are well catered for with cots and baby gates available.
Enjoy cosy evenings with wood-burning fires (wood, kindling, and firelighters provided) and central heating throughout. And if you’re lucky, our chickens and ducks may have left fresh eggs for you to enjoy in the morning!

Step outside and discover everything the estate has to offer. Enjoy three luxurious hot tubs, perfect for unwinding under the stars. Wander into the fairy-lit woodland, where you’ll find a cosy BBQ hut, a firepit, and a charming stage, all illuminated by soft pontoon and string lights that create a magical evening glow.
The 9-acre field is ideal for outdoor fun, with space for football, badminton. We also have a mini bowling alley for guests to enjoy. Relax on sunbeds or gather around one of the many seating areas scattered across the property.
Take in the rolling countryside views, surrounded by Royal-owned farmland, and explore nearby ramblers’ paths that wind through the Herefordshire countryside. With ample parking and space for everyone, it’s the perfect place to relax, play, and connect with nature.
