The host did not communicate well. We asked for pictures of the pool since we were coming with a two year old and there was no response. Also, we were texting about the condition of the property and he didn't respond to my last texts. Overall the property was nice but upon arrival the bath towels were in a basket in the laundry room so we had to wash them. Also, the dishwasher was not emptied and there were several dirty dishes. It could have been a faulty dishwasher, however, I did expect it to be empty for our use. This is why we didn't rate the home higher.

We stayed for a couple of days and it was a perfect place to relax, play games, and catch up with the family.

I am writing to express our disappointment with our recent stay. The property was poorly maintained, featuring a green pool, dirty hot tub, broken furniture, standing water in the basement, and cleanliness issues throughout the home. The host informed us after our arrival that a party from the prior weekend had prevented them from getting the home ready in time. While the host did ultimately issue a 500 partial refund after extensive negotiation, the property was far below the standard advertised. We are incredibly disappointed by the disparity between the listing photos and reality.
