This home has 1 canoe, 2 kayaks, 2 paddleboards, swimming platform, lake chairs & float, lifejackets, etc. NOTE ELECTRIC MOTORS ONLY ON THIS LAKE. This upstate NY gem is in a private setting yet less than 5 minutes away from the interstate. Song Mountain Ski resort is 3 minutes away, Vesper Hills Golf Course is down the road (with a beautiful restaurant overlooking Otisco Lake), 1911 Cider House, Syracuse and Cortland are just 20 minutes away. Nature trails and parks surround the area, and the finger lakes are less than 30 minutes away. This lakefront home is truly one of a kind.

I miss the view already! This was the perfect house for 3 generations to get together to celebrate a Syracuse graduation. Easy to hop on highway to get up to town but so nice to come back and enjoy dinner at the house together! Beds were comfortable and cozy and the whole house was very clean! Communication with host was easy. Thank you for a great stay!

What a beautiful home! Everything was perfect. Accessing the home was flawless. It was very clean and the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable from a fully stocked kitchen to the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in on vacation. And what an amazing view of the lake. There was lots of information available for places to see but it was hard to beat the view we already had from the living room couch on the day it rained and from the deck and patio when the weather cooperated. Kristin was immediately responsive when I had a question. I’d give it a lot more stars if I could.
