Please note: There are no public boat launches or rental services available in the area, so we’re unable to accommodate motorboats. However, guests are welcome to enjoy the water using the two kayaks provided for your use during your stay.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:
- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am
- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.
- No pets allowed without permission. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. We love welcoming pets! Please be sure to clean up after them (inside and outside) during your stay. Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed.
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.
- Minimum age to book is 21

One of the best houses we have stayed at; the house is very well cared for, has many personal touches like cotton swabs and cotton balls in the bathroom….it felt like we were in a family member’s home. The house has character, is very well appointed, and is clean and well managed. The property is beautiful and having the house on the hill overlooking the lake adds to the ambiance. We appreciated the dock and kayaks, and the large area along the shore for relaxing and fishing. The property management is excellent; their website has all the information needed, and communication was quick and responsive. We appreciated the opportunity to pay for early check-in and late check-out. We plan to return next year for a longer stay.
