About this villa rental
Villa Kalamar is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom house in the Kalamar Bay area of Kalkan. The Villa is situated approximately a 15 minute walk from the centre of town and just a 5 minute down hill stroll to the sea and the nearest beach club with it’s water sports facilities.
The house is tastefully decorated and enjoys beautiful views over the bay and islands. There is a large outside terrace with private pool, eating and seating areas, a stone BBQ and sun loungers.
The ground floor has a large and airy open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with separate outside utility room. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower room.
On the first floor there is an impressive master bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with stunning panoramic views. On this floor there are also two further bedrooms, one with double bed and one with twin beds, both en suite (one with a bath) and both with private balconies and sea views. All bedrooms and living areas have air-conditioning.
Take another flight of stairs to the top floor which opens onto a roof terrace with breathtaking views and a traditional covered Turkish seating area.
