If Luxury, Elegance and amazing Views are what you require on holiday then Villa Eternity may meet your requirements. This 7 bedroom, all ensuite air conditioned Villa, sleeping up to 16 people, has a sophisticated style and beauty that complements the relaxing calmness of Kalkan Bay.
The emphasis of this Villa is relaxation and enjoyment – enjoyment as friends or families and the focus of Entertainment here will spoil you for choice as there is also a Gym, Cinema/TV Room with English/Sky Channels, Pool Table with seated area and even a drinks bar! If that isn’t enough there is also an indoor pool (depth 1.40m) ideal for those Spring or Winter months - heated at an additional cost. A shower Room is also provided on this floor for Pool and Gym users.
Why not enjoy breakfast on the terrace whilst watching the boats sail out from the Harbour on their morning ventures, then capture the twinkling lights of the town pre- dinner – it’s a beautiful setting and one that’s waiting for you to experience.
Villa Eternity hosts lots of sunbathing and relaxing areas on it’s large Sun Terrace where you will find a 16m x 5m infinity pool; depth 1.75m (can be heated at additional cost) plus jacuzzi – the pool also houses a section for sunloungers where you can sunbathe whilst also keeping cool in the water (depth 0.22m). An outdoor shower is also provided. This same Terrace also offers seating areas on which to relax and unwind on or to get together for a cocktail. A dining table seating 16 is also provided here along with a BBQ for entertaining either by yourselves or by being looked after by our Private Chef for a breakfast, lunch or dinner - (charges apply for Chef booking). Need a break from too much relaxing then there is Table Tennis to inspire some friendly competition within your group!
The Terrace leads into the open plan living/kitchen area of 105sqm which also has a TV. There is a cloakroom and utility room on this floor and the Villa also has Wifi. A water chiller is also here for those cooling drinks for the pool area. The Kitchen has the luxury of being able to cater for large numbers with Bosch kitchen goods comprising Dishwasher, 2 Ovens, Microwave and a 5 Ring Gas Hob on the kitchen island.
The bedrooms are all ensuite and most have amazing views of the Bay – in the penthouse bedroom you will be spoiled by it’s own private outdoor heated jacuzzi - depth 0.9m (heating extra) and sunbathing area. There are 5 bedrooms in the main Villa and two further bedrooms have a shared garden area where there is a hammock to relax on - these 2 Bedrooms (both doubles) have seperate access from the Villa and are situated down 2 external flights of stairs. They both have lockable sliding patio doors. The Basement Bedroom (situated where the indoor pool and Gym is) has 4 single beds - ideal for Teenagers!
You can also combine Villa Eternity with our other Villa (Villa Destiny - property no 8074998) dependent on availability – Villa Destiny is 4 bedroom and can sleep up to 10 people and is situated immediately behind Villa Eternity on the same street. This is an ideal combination for large groups or wedding guests.

My family and I spent a week at Villa Eternity at the end of October. The owner of the villa was so organised and helpful prior to our trip, arranging transfers and advising us of places to eat and trips to take. On arrival the villa was spotless with a great welcome pack and a welcome from the local manager of the villa. The villa is so spacious with great living space and games room with gym. The location is fabulous with an easy walk in to town, a bit steep in areas but only a 10 minute trip. We will definitely be visiting again.

We have just returned from a fabulous week staying in villa Eternity, with its amazing views of gorgeous Kalkan bay, and close proximity to the town.
The villa is very well equipped and beautifully furnished, giving every home comfort needed. Julie has thought of everything to make the stay amazing. The villa is a great social space, with the pool room being a favourite late night haunt ! The terrace around the outdoor pool is great for spending lazy days soaking up the sun, and having the music system outside to play some tunes just made it even better !
Having Jane as the property manager on hand was also great, plus the arrival care package and bread delivered every day. There are many shops in close walking or driving distance, but with so many amazing restaurants in Kalkan, we didn't do much cooking !!
We can't wait to come back to the villa with family and friends next May to get married there ! Its such an amazing villa and location and totally toptastic !!

We had a lovely family holiday in Eternity villa and we were fortunate to be staying in the brand new villa. The villa is luxurious and spacious with a stunning view.The views were breathtaking .The location was great and very quiet. The huge bedrooms, comfortable bed, have wonderful balconies with amazing view. A very good welcome pack . Fresh bread was delivered every morning. The Eternity villa is well equipped and there is everything you need to enjoy, game room, TV room, inside pool, gym, pool table, tennis table...The owners, Julie, thought of everything to make the stay as great as possible. she was so helpful and easy to contact. we were surprised with a birthday cake by her. She provided all information we needed for this trip before we go. she booked a boat for us. Our day on Moby Dick was great and very good value for money. Julie wanted to rent a car for us but we booked car from "Dalaman car hire" company by themselves, they gave us two old cars and cars broke two times, the second time was on the way airport. I wish I let Julie rent cars for us.
Thank you Julie you made our holiday perfect. We will definitely go back to kalkan and Eternity villa again and would recommend this villa to anyone with a large family .

We all had an amazing time. We were a group of 4 families with 9 children aged between 15 and 18 and this villa was absolutely perfect. The views are amazing and the villa itself out of this world. Julie the owner has thought of everything. There are so many places to relax and socialise, from the wonderful terrace and lovely pool area (lots of seating and also a table that fitted us all) to the many separate areas such as the lounge, the downstairs pool table/bar area and the movie room which was a great hit with Netflix and great assortment of DVD's. The music system that links up to speakers outside or downstairs bar area is brilliant. The rooms are all finished to a great standard and taste. Julie arranged a chef to come and cook for us, Kazim, which was a great evening and wonderful food. Julie also arranged a wonderful boat trip which we all loved and it was such good value for money (and we had the chance to swim with turtles). Kalkan itself is such a great place - a real hidden gem. The people so friendly and so many places to eat really good food. Another great addition to our holiday was the advice/contacts that Julie gave us to Whatsapp the local taxis and also the local supermarket. We made great use of both. Deniz from the local supermarket would take our order by Whatsapp and delivery to the villa for free. A wonderful addition and there was no need for us to do any shopping trips. I would highly recommend this villa - we will definitely be back
