This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is located on the 7th floor. This east-facing apartment offers ocean views, overlooking the marina and a beachfront location right in the heart of Marbella. It’s close to fine-dining restaurants, bars, shops, and pubs, and just a few blocks from the Old Town.
The first floor features a spacious living/dining room with a flat-screen TV, a sofa bed that sleeps 2 guests, and a sitting area; plus a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with one 180-cm bed, a flat-screen TV, a full private bathroom, and a workspace with a view of the sea.
