Apartment located in the center of Marbella, in the beautiful neighborhood of La Fontanilla a few meters from the beach and promenade, walking distance to shops and restaurants of all kinds. The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two full bathrooms (one of them en suite), spacious living-dining room with a sofa bed (140 x 200), fully equipped independent modern kitchen, and furnished terrace . The apartment has air conditioning (hot / cold) and elevator. The orientation is south-east.

Situated within minutes of two prominent beaches and close to amenities as well as the Old Town, this flat, in a leafy neighbourhood of Marbella, offers everything you would want in holiday accommodation - a true home away from home. The host has been responsive and helpful from the day I made the booking to the day my friends and I vacated the property. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Apartamento extraordinario, limpio,cómodo y muy bien ubicado A 2 minutos de la playa, zona tranquila pero con bastantes restaurantes.

Muy buena ubicación a escasa distancia de la playa y del casco antiguo lo cual facilita no tener que mover el coche. La vivienda es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Totalmente reformada y muy cómoda. Muy completa en todo lo necesario, vajilla, cubiertos, ropa de cama y baño.... Detalles en cuanto a la llegada del viajero ya que disponen de lo necesario antes de tener que hacer la primera compra (leche, té, café, galletas, algún aperitivo...) Aunque no las utilizamos disponen de toallas y sillas para la playa. En definitiva muy bien todo. Por poner un pero, hace falta un toldo en la terraza que te permita desayunar con sombra. Para repetir
