This magnificent apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of central Marbella, right on the main avenue and just a few steps from the seafront promenade and the beach. The building features a communal swimming pool and a grassy sunbathing area. The pool is open from May 1 to September 30.
The apartment is bright, thoughtfully decorated, and very welcoming. Upon entering, a hallway leads to the living-dining room, furnished with a sofa, side table, and Smart TV. From the living room, you can step out onto a lovely west-facing private terrace, equipped with an outdoor dining area and comfortable armchairs, perfect for enjoying Marbella’s mild climate most of the year.
It includes a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms:
- The first bedroom features a double bed (135 x 200 cm), built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
- The main bedroom has a larger double bed (150 x 200 cm), a built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town, the beach, and the promenade, and surrounded by supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and tapas bars, this apartment is perfect for relaxing and enjoying an unforgettable holiday in one of Marbella’s most desirable areas.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
