About this apartment rental

Summary:

See Perth from the top floor at The Beaufort Perch, a three-bedroom apartment with city views, secure parking and Beaufort Street at ground level. Walk to HBF Park, Hyde Park, Northbridge and the Perth Cultural Centre, then return to a stocked kitchen, 65-inch Frame TV and room for five. Fast WiFi, a dedicated desk and full laundry make business trips and longer stays easy.

The Space:

THE SPACE

High ceilings and top-floor light set the tone. The living room has an ultra-comfy leather couch, a 65" Frame TV that doubles as artwork, split-system air conditioning and a stack of board games. The Hamptons-style dining table seats the whole group, with a high chair ready for the smallest guest.

The kitchen is genuinely stocked, not just "equipped": Nespresso machine, DeLonghi kettle and toaster, air fryer, pressure cooker, rice cooker, Nutribullet, dishwasher, full oven and stove, plus complimentary coffee, tea and pantry basics. Wine glasses included, because city sunsets on the balcony deserve them.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (SLEEPS 5 + INFANT)

- Master suite: king bed, private ensuite, built-in robe, split-system AC and sweeping city views. A portable cot lives in the robe.

- Bedroom 2: queen bed, premium linens, split-system AC.

- Bedroom 3: single bed with shelving and a fan. Honest note: this is a converted study with no window. It suits a solo traveller or older child.

- Main bathroom: large shower, second toilet, and a full laundry with washing machine and dryer.

WORK AND CONNECTIVITY

Fast 4G WiFi handles video calls and streaming, and there is a dedicated workspace for laptop days. Self check-in means no waiting around after a flight. For corporate accommodation in Perth or an extended work stay, everything runs without friction.
