🚗 Parking, Safety & Notes

• Parking: One assigned garage parking space (#1) is included with a 7-foot clearance. The garage door is manual and must be lifted from the bottom center. Limited additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis with a permit obtained from the Mammoth Ski & Racquet office during business hours.

• Stairs: Stairs are required to access this condo and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.

• Ski Back Trail: The nearby Ski Back Trail offers an almost ski-in/ski-out experience for experienced skiers. Some uphill walking is required, and access depends on snow and trail conditions.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community outdoor pool and hot tub.

• Laundry: Community coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the building.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes Certificate TOML-CPAN-16019.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
