This 2 bedroom (master bedroom + fully private loft) is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends.

Stocked for cooks and coffee lovers, the kitchen is filled with all the cookware and supplies needed to whip up your family's favorite meal, or warm-up for a day on the slopes with your favorite cup of coffee: French press, pour-over, espresso, traditional pot of coffee or Keurig.
Master Bedroom:
The cozy master bedroom features a mountain view, a queen size bed with pillow-top mattress and hotel-quality linens, as well as a 43” Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more.
Loft - Second Bedroom:
The loft is a fully private second bedroom that has a locking door and shutters that completely close. The loft features a queen bed as well as bunk beds, all with pillow-top mattresses and hotel-quality linens. Kids love the string lights lining the ceiling above the bunk bed, which can be set to a calming glow or many entertaining patterns via remote.
The loft has a 40” Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and more.
Bathrooms:
One full bathroom located on each floor, fully stocked with towels and toiletries. The upstairs bathroom is directly accessible from the master bedroom as well as the hallway.
Parking:
The condo includes one dedicated, garaged parking space. Additional outdoor parking spaces are also available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mammoth Ski and Racquet Club features one of the best lineups of amenities of any complex close to the slopes. Amenities include a pool; two hot tubs; a game room with a pool table; arcade games; and a big-screen TV; tennis court; basketball court; horseshoe pit; and picnic area; making it the ideal location in both summer and winter.
The condo is on the 3rd floor, accessible by an indoor staircase with 28 total steps.

This 2-level, mountain-view condo is highly recommended for a couple (or 2 couples), or a large family that prefers room to spread out in an inviting surrounding for their vacation. The large kitchen has most of what you need for basic cooking. The dining room seats six at the table and 4 more at the bar. And the couch is super large. On the 2nd floor, we found the bed in the master to be very comfortable, and there was ample drawer space and room for hanging clothes in a closet. Although we didn't need it, an additional bedroom with 3 beds would be perfect for a separate couple with 2 children. The only slight downside is that one full bathroom is shared between all people sleeping on the 2nd floor. But there is a full bath downstairs that can split the load. The host was super responsive and answered all of our questions quickly (much better than dealing with a rental agency). Please note this condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We are in our 70s and used this as an excuse to get more exercise! Our experience is that stairs are not uncommon in Mammoth condo buildings. This location can't be beat as it is near the lakes basin, restaurants, and an unbeatable choice of summer or winter activities. We plan to be back!
