About this apartment rental
Welcome to this beautiful 2 bedroom unit with 2 full bathrooms. Beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite counter-tops and new stainless steel appliances. Custom fireplace in living room with flat screen television. The entire unit has been recently redecorated, with new paint, and new light fixtures. This unit is a two level unit with the living room, kitchen, dining and 1 bathroom on the entry way floor and the bedrooms and 2nd bathroom located downstairs.
Maximum Occupancy: This unit can sleep up to six people.
Bed Arrangement: Master bedroom with queen size bed and a flat screen television. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, a bunk bed with a full size lower bed and twin upper bed a flat screen tv and a shuffleboard table.
Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace!
On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV! Sheets and towels are provided but please bring your own pool/spa towels. Toiletries are not provided.
Views: This unit has amazing views of Canyon and Lincoln Mountain.
Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

This was a very comfortable stay. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. My child loved the bunk beds and games table. Underground parking with an assigned space was terrific. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I loved the curtains to keep out the early morning light, so I could sleep in. I would suggest brighter lighting in the bedrooms - it was a little dark and hard to find things. The cleaning crew also missed the trash under the kitchen sink left by the previous occupants. But other than that, we would definitely book again.

Great Location in proximity to canyon lodge. Condo is very clean, has a great kitchen with updated appliances and lots of counter space. The garage is also on the same level as the condo with makes unloading the car very easy. Third time staying here and will definitely stay here again!
