This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo is the perfect Seagrove Beach retreat—just steps from white-sand shores and minutes from 30A’s best dining, shopping, and biking. Located on the third floor with a pool view, the condo blends modern coastal style with thoughtful amenities, all in a walkable location. As a bonus, a NEW 6-seater golf cart is available to use free of charge during your stay and to make your stay even more special, you’ll be greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.
We named it The Vineyard on 30A to reflect a love of nature, beauty, and intentional living. Like a vineyard, it captures timeless elegance, peaceful surroundings, and meaningful moments. Designed as a serene coastal escape, the space invites you to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the laid-back luxury of Florida’s iconic 30A. Inside, you’ll find all-new updates—including a brand-new kitchen, master bathroom, and fresh décor. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, with new pots, pans, cutting boards, and a Keurig.

• Primary guest must be 21+ to book
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests
• Third-floor unit accessible by stairs only (no elevator; 2 flights)
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, and laundry detergent pods. Please note amenities provided are meant to be utilized as a starter set and are not intended to last the length of your stay. Please pack accordingly for longer stays.
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued. For your protection, we encourage you to purchase Travel Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation. Airbnb guests have a separate cancellation policy.

You are welcome to use our golf cart, but please be sure to follow local laws, must be a licensed driver, and must wear seat belts, we want to keep you safe! Golf Cart Policy: Just so you know, a $300 refundable security deposit and a copy of your driver's license must be received before your arrival.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Please note, there is no elevator at this complex.

We enjoyed our stay even though the weather turned cold. Unfortunately, it was listed that there was a heated pool/spa and the pool was definitely not heated. The bedrooms for grumpy and clean and the kids bunkbeds were perfect along with the video game console in their room. The kitchen was well stocked, but it did list coffee maker and not Keurig so I had to go out and buy pods for the coffee maker. The description also lists spices in the kitchen, but there’s only salt and pepper for future renters. The beach chairs and wagon were a plus! Very helpful with bringing things to the beach! Overall, our stay was great!
