Immersed in the tranquility of Polpenazze sul Garda, this holiday home is located in an exclusive residence with a pool shared by only four units, ensuring privacy and relaxation. The ground floor welcomes guests with an equipped kitchen corner in an open space, overlooking a small but cozy living area with double sofa bed, and with a bathroom complete with all services and shower box. The double bedroom, bright thanks to a French window that leads directly to the back garden, offers an intimate and comfortable retreat, while upstairs there is an additional double bedroom in the attic, perfect for hosting friends or family. Outside there are free parking spaces, plus the possibility, during the seasonal closure of the pool, to use a reserved parking space inside the residence gate. Finally, the house is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, for a pleasant stay in every season.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, to sign the mandatory contract with the online structure and to perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explained that it is mandatory to deposit the required security by credit card as a guarantee, to guarantee any damage.
It is forbidden to accept minors who are not accompanied by their parents.
