PALAZZO SCOLARI in POLPENAZZE DEL GARDA is a historic dwelling used at the time for viniculture and silk processing, originally composed of a manor house and satellite buildings used as stables, cellars and lodgings for service personnel. In it it has been realized a remarkable restoration by the truly unique result which has led to the realization of some apartments one of which is the subject of our proposal

Wir haben uns in Polpenazze del Garda sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Kilometer vom Gardasee entfernt. Fast direkt vor der Haustür gibt es eine sehr leckere Eisdiele, einen Bäcker und einen Lebensmittelladen, sowie einige Bars mit kleinen Speisen. Restaurants sind dagegen eher Mangelware. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt über eine abschließbare Garage. Der Pool der Wohnanlage kann mitgenutzt werden. Bei Temperaturen jenseits der 30 Grad wünscht man sich lediglich eine Klimaanlage. Nochmal Danke an Corrado für die Tipps und die schnelle Hilfe bei technischen Problemen.

Ruhige Lage, schöne Wohnung, gepflegter Garten mit großem Pool, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Cafe fussläufig erreichbar, ebenso die Aussichtsterrasse mit weitem Blick über den See. Es gibt viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar, angenehm die Tiefgarage. Wir haben unseren Urlaub geniessen können.

Schönes Glockenspiel aber in der Nacht hätten wir auch gerne drauf verzichtet.
