About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a small residence located on a hill, a few minutes from Lake Garda and bordering the Garda Golf. It can very comfortably accommodate 4 people in two double bedrooms. It has a beautiful and large terrace with barbecue.
Independent apartment, with 40m2 terrace for beautiful outdoor lunches and dinners.
The interior is also very spacious, with a furnished kitchen equipped with everything (dishwasher, oven, microwave...), a large living room with two sofas, two double bedrooms and a bathroom.
It is a perfect solution for families or two couples.
Guests will have access to a garage and access to the swimming pool. Furthermore, outdoor furniture and a built-in barbecue are available on the terrace.
The apartment is located just one km from Manerba del Garda and borders directly on the Garda Golf. It is located in a very quiet hillside position, away from traffic and noise. The lake can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car, or about 20 minutes on foot.
It is possible to reach the accommodation by public transport (train + bus). However, we recommend having your own transport.

We stayed here, as a family, in July/August and had a very relaxing stay. It's a very spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped but the best thing was how quiet and peaceful the location was. The apartment had a very large balcony overlooking the pool and we spent a lot of time sitting there in the evenings where you could see the lake in the distance one way or the the church at Polpenazze in the other direction. The underground car park was also very useful as it meant our hire car was safe and not overheated to get into when we needed it.

We spent a week in this nice house. Everything felt like home. Kitchen is well equipped, the terrace is huge and very comfortable. Swimming pool is very nice and also the fresh wind coming from the hill in the evening. Polpenazze is very close to the nicest beaches in Manerba and Moniga, and also very quiet with no traffic jam. Me and my wife, and our 2 sons, really loved it!
